Hi, I’m Ingrid Friel. My goals with upcoming blog posts is to answer questions about real estate, share cool findings – people and places, and provide a forum when useful.
The past 18 months has been both a challenge and a blessing. We enjoyed more family time, we gave up alcohol, and we completed some home improvement. We got into board games!
I hope to become a better blogger. Being an analytical person can sometimes keep me from plunging in. But for this I’m going to give it a shot.
This afternoon I enjoyed a lap around a favorite Eden Prairie Lake – Staring Lake. The loop around is paved and 2 miles. My daughter Maeve and I biked it yesterday. Perhaps our last ride for 2021.
Our office chatted about realtor safety and a possible upcoming class with a safety expert. Being a realtor involves meeting folks we don’t know. This can be to show a house or as we host and open house. We pick up safety tips but like anything it’s good to get a refresher and added focus. A good flashlight can be very helpful for a Realtor and anyone 🔦.
The Twin Cities continues to be a sellers market. Colleagues shared about multiple offers and homes selling over list price.
As you prepare for Thanksgiving if you celebrate I’d love to hear about what you look forward to eating. This year I plan to add a fruit salad loaded with whipping cream.
