The LUXURY LUXURY – if there is one word to describe this project I don’t know it… – Eleven Condo project is moving forward in the Mill District. An estimated 2 year project that will be 41 stories tall and house 118 condos. Cost per square foot is unknown but price tags start at $900K and the sky is the limit – or no limit in this case. Some current condos come with a $1000/sq ft price tag in Mpls.
If your plans include penthouse living this could be a project to consider. It will be in the #1 prime Mpls Mill District — offering stunning river views.
In related news the planned Alia condo project is not moving forward.
After a couple years of apartments we are seeing some condo development projects emerge. The Legacy development is nearby complete which is comprised of 375+ condos.
