Builders in the Twin Cities Area – construction is slow & steady

Click on the chart to make it bigger.  YTD most permits in Woodbury.  Have you been in the area lately?  In addition to homes, retail and dining are also booming.  Followed by Mtks, Edina, Apple Valley then Mpls – YTD.  In May top cities pulling permits were Lakeville, Plymouth, Blaine, Woodbury and Maple Grove.  Whether you are looking for new construction or have an existing home in the area it is useful information to be aware of.
