Soon, those short sales won’t take quite so long | StarTribune.com.

As I read this article I thought – finally they are getting a handle on short sales – yeah, good for distressed sellers and buyers.  On the flip side I think of my sellers, and realize this will increase the competition. Many buyers now avoid short sales due to the hardships but if they become more streamlined they might be an option to consider.

Traditiona sellers – get your property sold before June if you can….Or some price reductions may be in your future.
