Housing Is ‘Awakening From Hibernation,’ Freddie Says | Realtor Magazine.

I’ve had a few experiences this past month that would support this “awakening” analysis.  I am especially seeing foreclosures sell quickly and nicely updated homes in desirable locations/neighborhoods.
